How it works
The numbering is the sequence, not a ranking — each step needs the one before it.
Authorise once through Amazon. Your rate card, your GST details, your pickup addresses — pulled in from your Shopify locations so you are not retyping them.
New orders stage themselves with the address, the contents, the weight and the amount to collect. Past orders can be imported going back ninety days.
Pick a pickup window and buy — one label or the whole day. Tracking flows back to the order and to your customer until it is delivered.
What you get
Each card says whether it is shipped, being built, or planned. We would rather you could tell.
Connect your own Amazon Shipping account and buy against your own negotiated rates. We are an integrator, never a reseller — the contract stays yours.
PDF, PNG or ZPL for thermal printers, in the size you choose. Select a day's orders and buy every label in one pass, merged into a single print job.
The collectible amount comes from the order's outstanding balance, never from a payment gateway's name. Printed on the label, then reconciled against Amazon's remittances.
Reschedule, reattempt or return from one inbox. An unanswered failed delivery becomes an RTO at your cost, and RTO is the biggest hidden cost in Indian D2C.
Fulfilment and tracking number land on the Shopify order automatically, so your customer gets the email and the timeline without you touching anything.
Named boxes with their own empty weight, and contents summed from the actual products. Amazon re-weighs at the hub, so under-declaring is a surprise invoice, not a saving.
Decide when the customer hears from you. A label bought at 6pm for a morning pickup does not have to tell them it has shipped while the box is still on your bench.
Double-charge protection on every purchase, no silent service substitution, and a hard refusal to quote a non-rupee order as rupees.
Buy labels and print from Shopify's own bulk actions and Print menu, and see the shipment on the order page — without opening the app.
Platform
Shipping is not the last system to hear about a parcel. It should be the first to tell everything else.
Live carrier events, not polling In build
Endpoints are live for Amazon's tracking, NDR and reverse-pickup feeds. Two of those carry data no API exposes: the deadline to answer a failed delivery, and the OTP a courier needs to collect a return.
Outbound webhooks Planned
Your own listeners for label bought, parcel picked up, delivery failed, COD remitted. Signed, retried, and idempotent, so your warehouse system or CRM can act on the same events we do.
A public API and the standalone portal Planned
Not on Shopify, or shipping from more than one place? Push orders over the API or import a CSV, and use the same labels, COD reconciliation and NDR tooling.
Assisted operations
Shipping software makes you learn its filters. The next version of this one will let you describe the outcome instead — and will always show you the action before it spends your money.
Planned
Ask your shipping data
“Which pincodes cost me the most in returns last month?” The numbers already exist; getting to them should not require knowing where they live.
Conversation to action
“Buy labels for everything going to Delhi tomorrow morning.” It builds the selection, shows you the total, and waits for you to confirm before anything is bought.
Nothing spends silently
Every action that costs money or dispatches a courier is shown as a plain summary first. Assistance ends where your confirmation begins.
Roadmap
Published because a shipping tool you depend on should not be a black box about its own direction.
Connect your Amazon account, buy a single label, and see the whole loop close — fulfilment, tracking, and your customer's email — before you commit to anything.
